Description

A non-profit stem-cell and gene-therapy research institute within Vietnam's Vinmec healthcare system (Vingroup), formally established in October 2016 building on the Vinmec Center for Stem Cells and Gene Technology operating since 2014. Led by Prof. Nguyen Thanh Liem, it joined VinUniversity's academic community in November 2024 and researches mesenchymal stem-cell therapy, CAR-T cell therapy and gene therapy for cancer and genetic disease.
