Description

Private, not-for-profit university in Hanoi founded in 2019 by Vietnamese conglomerate Vingroup, which partnered with Cornell and the University of Pennsylvania in designing its academic programs. Its College of Health Sciences runs an "Innovation in Health Sciences" cluster of research centers covering stem cell and regenerative medicine and smart-health technology, including a joint smart-health research center with the University of Illinois.
