In 2025 Zalo reached 79.6 million MAU and disclosed revenue for the first time (VND 1,718 billion, up 38% YoY); VNG's consolidated revenue hit VND 10.9 trillion (+17%). It is pushing AI into Zalo — by Q2 2026 roughly 24 million users used AI messaging/calling monthly, up 33% YoY.
