A Sino-Japanese motorcycle manufacturing joint venture founded in 1992 by Guangzhou Automobile Group, Honda Motor and Honda Motor (China) Investment for a 30-year term with equal ownership stakes, headquartered in Guangzhou with a plant in Zengcheng (opened 2006, capacity around 1 million units per year). One of China's major motorcycle and scooter makers, producing both gasoline and electric models; output totaled roughly 642,000 units in 2025.
