The Beijing Innovation Center of Humanoid Robotics (X-Humanoid, 北京人形机器人创新中心) is a national-level open platform based in Beijing's Yizhuang district. It developed the 'Tiangong' (天工) mother platform — the world's first full-size, purely electric-driven humanoid capable of human-like running (10 km/h average, 12 km/h top speed), standing 1.63m, weighing 56kg, with 42 degrees of freedom and 5.5 petaFLOPS of onboard compute. It also released the open embodied-AI platform 'Huisi Kaiwu' under a 'one brain, many machines' model for industry and academia.
