Xanh SM (rebranded Green SM in 2025) is an all-electric taxi and ride-hailing operator launched in April 2023 by billionaire Pham Nhat Vuong (also founder of VinFast) through Green and Smart Mobility (GSM), capitalized at VND 3 trillion. Its fleet consists exclusively of VinFast EVs. Since 2023 it has expanded beyond Vietnam into Laos, Indonesia and the Philippines, becoming Southeast Asia's first cross-border electric ride-hailing company.
