Yatsen Holding is a China-based beauty group founded in 2016 that owns the color-cosmetics brand Perfect Diary (完美日记), along with Little Ondine, Pink Bear, DR.WU, and acquired brands Galénic and Eve Lom. Perfect Diary is one of the leading color cosmetics brands in China by retail sales value, positioned in the mass-to-mid-end price segment. Yatsen completed an IPO on the NYSE (ticker YSG) in November 2020, raising over $700 million.
