Description
Founded in 1988 under Kerry Group, Yihai Kerry Arawana launched its Arawana (Jinlongyu) bottled cooking oil in 1991, and merged with Wilmar International in 2006 to become China's dominant grain and oil processor. Now roughly 90%-owned by Wilmar and listed on Shenzhen's ChiNext board since a record 2020 IPO, it also leads in rice and flour, with 2024 revenue of about RMB 245 billion.
