Yuexiu Group (越秀集团) is a Guangzhou municipal state-owned conglomerate founded in 1985, headquartered in Guangzhou. Its listed arms include Yuexiu Property (HKEX: 123), a major regional developer, and Yuexiu REIT, launched in 2005 as the first Chinese real estate investment trust listed overseas. The group also operates Yuexiu Financial Holdings and Yuexiu Transport Infrastructure, making it one of Hong Kong's longest-standing Chinese red-chip enterprises, with roots dating to the early 1990s restructuring of Guangzhou's state assets.
