Description

Zepto is an Indian quick-commerce platform founded in 2021 by Stanford dropouts Aadit Palicha and Kaivalya Vohra (originally KiranaKart), delivering groceries within 10 minutes via a dark-store network. By 2025 it had surpassed 1,000 dark stores across 80+ Indian cities. It became India's fastest unicorn in 2023, raised $665 million at a $3.6 billion valuation in June 2024, and reached $5–7 billion by October 2025. Zepto has confidentially filed for an IPO seeking up to $1.2 billion.
