SF Holding and J&T Express swap HK$8.3 billion in shares to build a shared logistics network

顺丰控股 / SF Holding — Asia's largest integrated logistics provider and the fourth largest globally — entered a cross-shareholding agreement with J&T Global Express in January 2026 worth roughly HK$8.3 billion, according to both companies' press releases.
